	Safari Seaplanes is the pioneer Seaplane Charter Service in the Bahamas. Safari Seaplanes is a branch of the parent company Diving Safaris Ltd., founded back in 1976 by Captain Paul Harding. Paul pioneered the small-group day-charter dive business in Nassau providing visitors with the opportunity to escape the large commercial excursions. The day was an award-winning tour recognized by the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism with the Pride & Joy Award in 1984. Again in 1995 he was nominated for the prestigious Cacique Awards. During sixteen years of operation he introduced thousands of novice SCUBA Divers to their first underwater experience - the youngest being his daughter Natalie at four years old and the eldest being a young lady of 75!
	In 1989 Paul invested in a factory-new seaplane and then went to Florida to learn how to fly. Years later, he reminisced on an Exuma Beach with Jimmy Buffet who admitted to doing the same thing in his career! Earning one qualification after another, Paul worked through the Aviation Ratings to become a Commercial, Instrument, Single & Multi-Engine, Land and Sea pilot with over 10,000 hours flying experience.	Our Maule M7-260 on Baumann Amphibian floats. Now able to service airports and water landings! She can carry 2-3 persons and light luggage comfortably flying at an average of 120mph
